Initial Consultation: The client must provide all visual references (character images, clothing, etc.) and a detailed description of the idea, including poses, expressions, and the desired atmosphere, to maintain a clear understanding of the project.Payment and Confirmation: Once interested in the work, a quote for the commission will be provided along with a 50% advance payment. The client will receive a Trello board to track the status of their commission online if desired. An email will be sent for the delivery of the illustration once completed.Sketch: A first sketch will be sent for approval. At this stage, the client can request significant changes to the composition and character pose.Revisions: Revisions are included during the sketch phase, but once lineart begins, corrections will incur an additional cost. Additional changes or major modifications after the sketch is approved and lineart has started may have an extra fee, agreed upon depending on the type of commission and modification.Final Delivery: Once the work is completed and approved, a Google Drive link will be sent with a high-resolution PNG render of the model, without watermarks. Editable texture and model files will also be delivered (.PNG, BLEND, FBX, OBJ).

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the start of the commission and will begin once payment is received.Any delays on the artist’s part will be communicated in advance. Similarly, delays in responses or approvals from the client may affect the final delivery date, so it is requested that the client stay attentive in case any adjustments are requested to help meet the estimated timeframe.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund is offered if the cancellation is requested before the artist has started working on the final model sketch.If the cancellation is requested after the modeling phase has begun, 50% of the payment will be refunded.No refunds will be issued once the sketch has been approved and coloring work has started.If, for any reason, the artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be provided.

Image Use and Copyright

The artist retains all copyrights to the created work. This includes the right to publish the illustration on social media, online portfolios, and use it for self-promotion.The client obtains a license for personal and commercial use of the model. This means it can be used as a wallpaper, profile picture, in video games, audiovisual material, etc.Claiming authorship or presenting oneself as the creator of the work is strictly prohibited.Credit to the artist is appreciated when sharing the work on social media to showcase it (not required, just a nice gesture <3).

Consulta Inicial: El cliente debe proporcionar todas las referencias visuales (imágenes del personaje, ropa, etc) ya sea del OC, personaje, o estilo que se busca retratar. Ser muy especifico para mantener una idea clara de lo que se busca.Pago y Confirmación: Una vez interesadx en el trabajo, se realizará una cotización del precio de la comisión junto con un adelanto del 50%, proporcionandole una tabla de Trello para saber la condición de la comisión del cliente en caso de querer consultarlo de manera Online. Se le enviará un gmail de entrega del Modelo Vtuber para poder enviarlo una vez terminado.Boceto: Se enviará un primer boceto para su aprobación. En esta fase, el cliente puede solicitar cambios importantes del personaje.Revisiones: Se incluyen revisiones en el boceto, pero una vez se llegue al lineart, las correcciones serán de paga. Cambios adicionales o modificaciones significativas una vez aprobado el boceto y comenzado el lineart podrían tener un costo extra acordado con el tipo de comisión y modificación.Entrega Final: Una vez finalizada y aprobado el trabajo, se enviará un enlace de Google Drive con el Modelo Vtuber en un .RAR. No se entregarán los archivos fuente editables (.PSD, cmo3) a menos que el cliente lo deseé expresamente.

Delivery Times

The creation time for a model varies between one and a half weeks, three weeks, or up to two and a half months, approximately, depending on complexity and the number of pending orders. You will be notified of changes, modifications, and the model’s progress as they occur, such as the sketch, coloring, rendering, and final animation. Once shown, the client can request modifications to adjust it to their liking.
